Hero Video

Rough outline (created to have a blueprint of the kind of shots we wanted the videography team to take, before heading to the off-site)

  • How we started SaaS Labs(reminiscing old times) in 10 seconds. Mostly with pictures and stuff.

  • Then, where we are now( how the team has expanded in these years) with pictures and videos in fast forward. (intro shouldn’t exceed 15-17 seconds)

  • 1-2 shots of people checking into the hotel

  • Then clips of games, cocktail parties and events according to the itinerary.

  • Use Gaurav’s/Guru/Anand’s speech’s snippets as voiceovers in some parts

  • Drone shot of the resort

  • More candid videos of people in their element.

  • Shot of SaaS Labs logo (Arrows with people) - end frame

  • BTS/bloopers if any, as we can use it at the end of the video for 15 seconds

Detailed feedback (created after receiving the first raw cut)

Off-site : Goa, 2022

Planning ahead always comes in handy when planning an event as huge as an off-site consisting more than 200 people. As we had been working remotely since the beginning of the pandemic, this was also a great chance to create employee centric content for our our social platforms for better reach and engagement.
